Ricardo Dequan Wrice was born on October 31, 1979 to Richard and Pandrea Wrice. At an early age, Ricardo discovered his ability to lead and influence people’s lives. After his high school graduation, Ricardo went straight to college. His first semester, he received a full scholarship to finish his Associates degree. He would go on to not only lose it but drop out of college. It would be almost six years before he would return to finish what he started at Technical College of the Lowcountry.
In 2005, Ricardo completed his Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort, SC. In 2009, He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science / Pre-Law from Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC. In 2010, Ricardo completed his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from American Intercontinental University in Dunwoody, GA. Ricardo began his Doctoral journey at Argosy University. Unfortunately, Argosy closed down in 2018. As result, he has obtained the title ABD (All But Disseration) as he was in chapter two of his dissertation.
On March 6, 2017, Ricardo became a radio show host of “The Leadership Blend” on Love 860am. He would go on to write a book on Leadership based on his Doctoral research on Generational leadership called “Calculated Conflict” in 2018. In that same year, Ricardo moved stations to IBNX Radio Network. This move expanded his show from one hour to two hours and added Political analyst Simone Price and Artist Derrick “Double-R” West. In 2019, Ricardo created the Leadership Blend Television show airing on the NOW Network. Later that year, he would go on to create the Leadership Blend Magazine.
In 2020, Ricardo went independent with the producing of both the live podcast & television show. Under the Leadership Blend Media Company, he is now able to produce his own content! The live podcast now airs on twenty different major streaming outlets including: iheart, Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google Podcast, to name a few! The television show airs on IOM Network on Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV!
Ricardo also decided to start an internship program to help train and empower the next generation of media professions. It is an opportunity to educate and empower the next wave of world changers!
